Ward was born April 15, 1976 in MonroeLouisiana. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school for children. She went to Ouachita High School for her second year of education. However, she moved from there to River Oaks High School after the school year ended. The school she attended briefly was Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. At the age of thirteen, old, Ward began modeling, leaving school and moving to New York in order to achieve this. A few years afterward, she also decided to pursue acting. The first time she was cast without credit in 1970s in the soap-opera All My Children. Later, she was cast in the NBC's prime-time drama for teens, Malibu Shores. Ward was cast in her debut part on the Sunset Beach daytime soap opera, where she played the female virgin Meg Cummings. In 1999, her movie career started when she starred as Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the romantic thriller The In Crowd. The film, which was initially a financial failure in the cinema, and later on video-on demand (VOD) it became extremely popular. Ward made a cameo appearance in Shallow Hal - a smash success the next year. Ward has appeared in a several direct-to-DV films, and she has guest starred in a variety of television shows. In 2009she got the part of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of one of the gymnas in on the ABC Family drama series Make It or Break It being a part of the main cast for the first two seasons of the show. She got married David C. Robinson, who was a producer. They had a child named Cameron.
